"The Storm Won’t Last Forever" - July 22, 2006
I want to share with you a letter that I received the other day from someone I have recently come to know and love. This person has been battling a “raging storm” in her life. A storm of such magnitude, that many of us could only imagine. After you read her letter to me, I will close this entry with a bit of news concerning her status, which will make you stand and shout Hallelujah! Read More
When Jesus prayed on the Mount of Olives in Luke 22, I read verse 43 “ An angel from heaven appeared to Him and strengthened Him.” I just want to thank you for your strong faith in God and your obedience in answering His call to help me during a “major storm in my life.” You are truly my angel on earth who strengthens me through your music, your book which tells of your life, your faith in God and your ongoing daily testimony.
It is nice to know “the strength that it (His Love) gives you will sustain you through the longest days” is not only words in a song. It is real! I am so glad that I have God as the Captain of my boat.
Thank you for being such a blessing in my life. Thank you for reminding me of what an awesome God we serve!
This courageous child of God has been battling cancer, and as she struggled through the squall, she now finds herself emerging safe on the other side. You see, Sheila has just found out that her cancer is now in remission. God’s Grace is Sufficient, and she is living proof that “He Still Moves the Stone”.
Because this site is being visited by people from all over the world, I want to ask each and every one of you to continue to pray for Shelia, and that Gods healing hand will remain upon her. A world wide prayer vigil for those in need, like Shelia.
In His Sufficient Grace
William Boyd Chisum
